HOW I SEE IT

A QUIET PERSPECTIVE

I grew up in the south of Germany, surrounded by calm landscapes and a strong sense of home.

Long before I ever held a camera, I was drawn to moments that happened quietly.
The kind you don’t notice at first, but remember later.

At eighteen, I photographed my first wedding.
Today, more than ten years and over 300 weddings later, that way of seeing has stayed the same.

I don’t see weddings as something to direct.
I see them as something to understand.

What draws me in are the subtle things.
A look that lasts a second longer.
A small gesture.
The way people are with each other when they forget they’re being seen.

At the same time, I care deeply about how things are composed.
Light, space, architecture, the way everything comes together naturally.

My work lives in that balance.
Honest and unforced, but always intentional.

HOW IT FEELS TO WORK WITH ME

Throughout the day, I stay calm, focused and quietly present.

I guide when needed, but never more than necessary.
There’s no pressure to perform, no constant direction.

Instead, I create a sense of structure and calm around you.
So you can let go and be fully in it.

My couples often tell me afterwards that it felt easy.
That they didn’t have to think about anything.
That there was someone there who kept a clear head and simply handled things.

That’s exactly how it should feel.

WHAT I VALUE

I won’t trade atmosphere for a perfect image.

If something feels forced or doesn’t reflect who you are, I’ll step back.
Because what matters is not how it looks for a second,
but how it feels long after.

I’m drawn to weddings with a strong sense of aesthetic.
Not in a loud or staged way — but in the details, the setting, the overall feeling.

People who know what matters to them.
And who value presence just as much as beauty.

APPROACH & COVERAGE

I usually work with a second photographer to ensure your day is covered seamlessly and without compromise.

This allows for a more complete perspective.
Multiple angles, more depth, more space for moments to unfold naturally.

Alongside digital, I often integrate 35mm film to add another layer — something a bit more tactile and timeless.

Always with the same intention:
to create a cohesive and honest visual story of your day.
